The city itself has a lot of older homes near the downtown and the waterfront with deep, narrow lots and detached garages, plus newer subdivisions on the west side toward Highway 11. Older lots often mean a walk down a side yard with a dolly, or a small crane over a garage. The surrounding cottage roads on Couchiching, the Severn and the north end of Simcoe are where the bigger crane jobs are, and where seasonal road access shapes when we can deliver.
