Angus is a Township of Essa community on the Nottawasaga River west of Barrie, next to Base Borden, with newer subdivisions and a long history as a military family town.
Lots here are a mix of newer subdivision homes with modest rear yards and older properties on larger lots near the river, plus rural acreages on the concession roads toward Baxter and Thornton. Subdivision deliveries are routine dolly jobs. On the acreages the tub is often a long way from the house panel, so we get the electrician involved early, and most of those properties are on wells that run hard, which changes the start-up water care.
Military families post in and out, and they tell us they want a tub that is easy to own and easy to sell or move: the Jacuzzi J-235 and the Aquasolus The Calma are popular for that reason.
