Collingwood combines a lively downtown, the ski hills at Blue Mountain and a Georgian Bay waterfront, and hot tubs here are as much ski equipment as backyard furniture.

The market is unusual: chalets and townhomes near the hill that are used on winter weekends, established homes in town with mature lots, and waterfront condos and new builds along the Bay.
